Sources tell ESPN that Wall will take some time to think and discuss the offer with his family and agent over the next week. The contract offer is known as "the supermax", part of the new collective bargaining agreement, which is made possible because Wall made the All-NBA this past season. Wall has two years and $37 million left on his current contract and the new contract would keep him with the Wizards until the 2022-23 season. The contract is no surprise, but the current state of the NBA who knows what will happen. I don't know about you all, but I don't want Wall to take it. I selfishly want him to leave Washington and join Boogie and AD in New Orleans.
