It’s been a long four days since the tragic passing of Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, the mother of former Kentucky superstar Karl-Anthony Towns, following her month-long battle against the coronavirus. But her memory is going to live on forever.

On Friday morning, ‘CBS This Morning’ dedicated a segment of their show in order to pay tribute to the lives that have been lost due to COVID-19. In the six-minute video narrated by Senior News Correspondent Anthony Mason, which features a few others who have also unfortunately died, he does a quick profile on Jackie Towns and the love she always showed for her son and her family.

Among the other people honored in the clip are sports photographer Anthony Causi and guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli.

Towns was 58 when she passed away on April 13.
