WATCH: Jasper Johnson does not miss in private workout at Woodford County

If there is one thing Jasper Johnson knows, it’s how to get buckets. The Lexington native is one of the best three-level scorers in high school basketball with a specialty in catch-and-shoot 3-pointers. He’s a long and smooth lefty with limitless range, capable of getting hot in a hurry.
KSR got to see the in-state standout show what he’s got in a private workout at Woodford County High School, the 6-5 guard’s home gym in Versailles. It was ahead of Johnson’s return with the Yellow Jackets in the KABC Titans Shootout in Shelbyville, his first time suiting up in black and gold since leaving for Link Academy his junior season.
