WATCH: Kentucky WBB players talk offseason improvements, expectations for 2025-26

The 2025-26 edition of Kentucky women’s basketball introduced itself to the Big Blue Nation on Wednesday.
Nearly every player on this season’s roster was made available to talk with reporters for Media Day. From returning stars such as Clara Strack and Teonni Key, to important newcomers such as Tonie Morgan and Kaelyn Carroll, we were able to have conversations with everyone except for 6-foot-5 freshman center Elsa Vadfors, who only recently arrived on campus from her home country of Sweden. This was also the first time we were able to chat with returning pieces Jordan Obi and Dominika Paurová, who both sat out all of last season due to injuries but will be ready to go for the opener.
