WATCH: Terrence Clarke tribute at Klutch Sports Draft Pro Day

It’s hard to believe it’s almost been three months since Terrence Clarke died tragically in a car accident in Los Angeles. Last night, Klutch Sports, the agency Clarke and fellow former Cat BJ Boston signed with upon declaring for the draft, honored his memory at its Draft Pro Day, which was broadcast on ESPN2. Clarke’s jersey was draped over an empty chair with flowers and each draft prospect, including Boston, wore jerseys bearing his name and the No. 5.

At the end of the event, a video tribute to Clarke was played on the large video screen at the gym. Boston, who was following Clarke home from a workout when the accident occurred and came upon him on the scene, was visibly — and understandably — emotional.

If that doesn’t break your heart, I’m not sure what will. Clarke’s family is still collecting donations through the T. Clarke 5 Foundation, which will honor and build upon his legacy of using sports to positively impact youth in communities most in need. For more information, click here.
