Who will be UK football Media Day's new C.J. Johnson?

by:Jack Pilgrim08/02/16
After years of following Media Day as a fan, I finally have the privilege of attending the event in person this year. The past two seasons, C.J. Johnson absolutely stole the show and gave writers a field day with some of the absurd comments he made. This year, however, I'll have to look elsewhere for some comedy. In his debut season as a Wildcat, Johnson made headlines on national platforms like New York Daily News, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, DeadSpin, and SBNation by discussing his fluctuating weight due to his ridiculous pooping schedule. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4JdsjJDGS0 The following year, he couldn't help but discuss his pooping habits again, among countless other hilarious comments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSIJNG5FqMM As we all know, C.J. Johnson is now battling for a roster spot in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons, so someone will surely have to replace him as the event's funny man on Friday morning. But who? Jojo Kemp has always been known as a guy without a filter, so will he step in and fill Johnson's big shoes? Or will a young guy like Kash Daniel or Landon Young step in and fill that much needed void? Maybe a surprise special teamer will shock us all and have us rolling on the floor? Your guess is as good as mine. I asked safety Mike Edwards who we should prepare ourselves for on Friday, and he said to watch out for "Niro or Chris" (junior linebacker De'Niro Laster and sophomore cornerback Chris Westry). Who do you guys predict to steal the show on Friday? If you have any funny questions you want me to ask, let me know in the comment section, and I'll do my best to make it happen.   Follow me on Twitter at @JackPilgrimKSR
