There’s no denying last weekend’s incredible star-studded official visit list will be hard for Miami to top between the three five-star prospects and 12 four-star recruits who were on campus, but the Hurricanes will still follow it up with a solid group of official visitors this weekend.

Miami is expecting more than a dozen blue-chip recruits on campus this weekend including No. 1 overall prospect and Hurricanes commit Jackson Cantwell, who has remained solid with the Canes since committing May 13. Here’s who we’re expecting to see on campus.

Five-Star Plus+ OT Jackson Cantwell | No. 1 overall prospect, No. 1 OT
+++ Cantwell is still totally solid with Miami and isn’t going anywhere. He’s had little to no stress to deal with since the he committed to the Hurricanes.

4-star DL James Johnson | No. 15 overall prospect, No. 1 DT
+++ Johnson looked great this spring after transferring from Fort Meyers to local powerhouse Miami Northwestern and continues to be a coveted defensive lineman in this year’s class. Georgia and Texas have had plenty of buzz around them this spring.

4-star EDGE/DL Bryce Perry-Wright | No. 34 overall prospect, No. 5 EDGE
+++ Miami jumped from the fringe of Perry-Wright’s recruiting picture directly into the mix after moving the needle for him in a major way during an unofficial visit to campus in April. The Hurricanes are battling Clemson, Auburn, Texas and Texas A&M for former Miami linebacker Ray Lewis’ nephew.

4-star S Tyriq Green | No. 89 overall prospect, No. 7 S
+++ Green has been a massive priority for SEC programs like Auburn and Georgia. Miami was able to get him down for an unofficial visit March 18 and will host him again this weekend.

4-star CB Jaelen Waters | No. 124 overall prospect, No. 17 CB (Miami commit)
+++ Waters’ recruitment has been pretty drama-free since he committed to Miami in March. It looks like he’s found his home in Coral Gables.

4-star S Devin Jackson | No. 133 overall prospect, No. 14 S
+++ There was a time this spring where it felt like Jackson was on the verge of committing to Miami after he decommitted from Florida, but the 6-foot-2, 195-pound safety decided to slow things down. We’re still very optimistic about the position Miami is in heading into this weekend’s official visit and think his connection with secondary coach Will Harris could play a massive role.

4-star LB Jordan Campbell | No. 136 overall prospect, No. 8 LB (Miami commit)
+++ Campbell was at Florida State for an unofficial visit last weekend and has trips set to Auburn, Nebraska and Missouri later in the month. Florida has also been in the mix. Miami is still in the best position, but enough schools are pushing for Campbell that it’s safe to say this recruitment isn’t over.

4-star ATH/TE Heze Kent | No. 141 overall prospect, No. 7 ATH
+++ Kent has been the most-coveted name on Miami’s TE board since the start of the spring thanks to his Darnell Washington-esque skillset. Florida, who he visited last week, is viewed as Miami’s top competition, although Texas could make things interesting when he visits Austin next weekend.

4-star QB Dereon Coleman | No. 168 overall prospect, No. 13 QB (Miami commit)
+++ Coleman has probably been the most solid of any Miami commit in this year’s class after committing a little less than a year ago. He’s not going anywhere.

4-star LB/EDGE Kosi Okpala | No. 194 overall prospect, No. 11 LB
+++ Miami views Okpala as more of an EDGE than traditional linebacker and liked his spring tape. He visited Penn State last weekend and has upcoming visits with Baylor and Texas.

4-star CB Jontavius Wyman | No. 217 overall prospect, No. 23 CB (Miami commit)
+++ Wyman immediately shut down his recruitment after flipping to the Hurricanes from Georgia in April. He’s cruising to signing day.

4-star IOL Breck Kolojay | No. 301 overall prospect, No. 25 IOL
+++ Miami is still pushing hard to close on Kolojay and Canon Pickett to round out this year’s offensive line haul. The Hurricanes had been battling Georgia at the top of Kolojay’s list, although it seems like Ohio State made a move on his trip to Columbus this weekend.

4-star WR Brayden Robinson | No. 347 overall prospect, No. 53 WR
+++ Miami is battling Notre Dame and Arizona for Robinson, whose blazing speed and shiftiness has intrigued Miami about his potential as a slot receiver and kick and punt returner. Notre Dame and Miami were “1a. and 1b.” for Robinson earlier this spring, but Arizona made a move for him during his official visit to Tucson last weekend.

3-star DT Tyson Bacon | No. 438 overall prospect, No. 46 DL
+++ Miami and Florida are leading the way for Bacon, who decommitted from Tennessee earlier this spring. He also visited Miami’s campus this spring and received an in-school visit from the Hurricanes’ staff during his spring practices.

3-star DT Freddie Wilson | No. 440 overall prospect, No. 47 DL
+++ We’ve continued to hear Wilson’s name around Miami recruiting circles since the start of the new year and included him in our first two mock classes. It wouldn’t stun us if he’s the next to try to commit to Miami.

3-star IOL Canon Pickett | No. 570 overall prospect, No. 48 IOL
+++ Pickett visited Clemson last weekend and will visit Florida next weekend, but we like where Miami sits. I still have an RPM on him favoring Miami from last fall I still stand by.

3-star OL Joel Ervin | No. 652 overall prospect, No. 63 IOL (Miami commit)
+++ Ervin may be ranked in the mid-600s of the On3 Industry Ranking, but Miami’s staff has viewed him as one of the best offensive line prospects in this year’s class since the start of the year. The Hurricanes are exceptionally high on Ervin and were particularly stoked when they landed his commitment in late March.
