Michigan commits were back on the field this weekend.

With the high school football season underway, future Wolverines are doing their best to impress on Friday nights. Here is a quick look at how they performed.

QB Brady Smigiel, Newberry Park (Calif.) High

The Skinny: Smigiel completed 16-of-21 passes for 268 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown in a 43-28 win over Ventura (Calif.) High.

QB Peter Bourque, Marion (Mass.) Tabor Academy (2027)

The Skinny: Bourque completed 16-of-22 passes for 365 yards and five touchdowns. He also rushed for 59 yards in Tabor Academy’s 51-26 win over Milton (Mass.) Academy.

RB Savion Hiter, Mineral (Va.) Louisa County

The Skinny: Hiter rushed for 26 yards and two touchdowns on just four carries. He also caught one pass for 16 yards in Louisa County’s 56-15 win over Palmyra (Va.) Fluvanna County.

RB Jonathan Brown, Columbus (Ohio) St. Francis DeSales

The Skinny: Brown rushed for six yards and caught three passes for 14 yards. He also recorded two tackles while playing defense in a 42-7 loss to Columbus (Ohio) Bishop Watterson.

WR Travis Johnson, Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith
