Diamond Dawgs in the Show Update: Final Stats

It’s been another great MLB season and several former Mississippi State players did their thing on baseball’s biggest stage. That included former State standout Jake Mangum who made his debut with Tampa Bay this year and he had made a major impact.
The State legend is one of nine former Bulldogs that were active in the league. A few players made moves in the offseason like Nathaniel Lowe going to Washington before being signed by the Boston Red Sox and Adam Frazier made his return to the Pittsburgh Pirates before being traded to another familiar stop in Kansas City.
Jordan Westburg had another strong season working around injuries with the Baltimore Orioles while Brent Rooker had another 30 home run season with the Athletics and was named the Home Run Derby. Brandon Woodruff and JP France came back to the mound after missing full seasons with an injury and JT Ginn had one of his best seasons as a pro.
