How to watch and listen: Mississippi State vs. Ole Miss
Mississippi State closes out the regular season on Friday as the Bulldogs host No. 6 Ole Miss for the annual Egg Bowl matchup. Mississippi State enters the Friday morning kickoff with a 5-6 overall record and 1-6 mark in the SEC.
Ole Miss enters at 10-1 overall and 6-1 in the league. Both teams are coming off an open date while the Bulldogs have dropped their last two games.
Ole Miss leads the overall series, 66-49-6, and the Rebels also own a 24-15-3 mark in games held in Starkville. Ole Miss has won four of the last five Egg Bowl matchups and have captured wins in the last two Egg Bowls held at Davis Wade Stadium.
The Rebels won last year’s meeting, 26-14, in Oxford. The Rebels led 17-14 at halftime before shutting out the Bulldogs in the second half.
