COLUMBUS — High school football season is in full swing which means every Ohio State commit in the 2026 class is back in action.

Rivals has released its update 2026 Rivals300 on Monday. The list includes double-digit Buckeye commitments and a few more targets.

Lettermen Row takes a few moments to break down the 11 members of the Ohio State 2026 class in updated 2026 the Rivals 300.

Khary Wilder

Ohio State EDGE commit Khary Wilder is now a five-star in the 2026 class, according to Rivals. The Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra slots in as No. 14 overall prospect in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. Wilder dominated at the Rivals Five-Star Challenge this summer and it has carried over to the start of his senior season.

Sam Greer

Four-star Akron (Ohio) Archbishop Hoban offensive lineman Sam Greer is just a few spots below Wilder at No. 17 overall in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. The 6-foot-7, 320-pound Greer is the highest-ranked non five-star in the updated rankings. If the cycle were to end today, however, he would finish as a five-star because he is inside the top-32.

Chris Henry Jr.

Four-star Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei wide receiver Chris Henry Jr. has had a very strong start to his junior season which helped him move up in the rankings. He climbed from No. 50 in the initial 2026 Rivals 300 to No. 39 overall in the updated rankings. Henry missed the majority of his junior season with a lower-body injury so it has been good to see him back on the field and dominating at times.

Blaine Bradford

Four-star Baton Rouge (La.) Catholic safety Blaine Bradford moved up one spot in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. He went is the No. 46 overall prospect in the initial 2026 Rivals 300 to No. 45 overall in the most recent update. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound Bradford chose the Buckeyes over hometown LSU in April and the Tigers have continued to recruit him. Bradford returned to Columbus for the Texas game, however.

Damari Simeon

Four-star Richland (N.J.) St. Augustine Prep defensive lineman Damari Simeon continues to be rankings outlier for Rivals. He is now the No. 63 overall prospect in updated 2026 Rivals 300 while no other recruiting outlet has him inside the top-300 of their rankings.

Cincere Johnson

Four-star Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville linebacker Cincere Johnson fell in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. Johnson is the No. 92 overall prospect after being just outside the top 50 before the season. He remains a consensus top-100 recruit.

Jordan Thomas

Four-star commit Jordan Thomas had the biggest rise of any Ohio State commit in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. The Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic standout rose from No. 225 overall prospect in the initial 2026 Rivals 300 to No. 103 in the updated rankings. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Thomas was the top target for cornerbacks coach Tim Walton this cycle.

Favour Akih

Four-star Delaware (Ohio) Hayes running back Favour Akih is now the No. 187 overall prospect in the updated 2026 Rivals 300. Akih is another prospect that Rivals is somewhat higher on than the recruiting industry, despite missing the first few games of his senior season with an injury.

Simeon Caldwell

The final Ohio State in the top-200 of the updated 2026 Rivals 300 is four-star Jacksonville (Fla.) The Bolles School safety Simeon Caldwell. He is the No. 200 overall prospect in the updated rankings. Caldwell is ranked as a safety but at 6-foot-1.5, 195-pound, he has the potential to develop into a linebacker in college. Regardless, he’s a had a strong start to his junior season.

Brock Boyd

Four-star Southlake Carroll (Texas) wide receiver Brock Boyd has continued to stuff the stat sheet as a senior. Boyd slots in as the No. 276 overall prospect in the updated 2026 Rivals 300 which is a slight drop but he remains one of the top pass catchers this cycle. The Buckeyes flipped Brock from TCU this spring.

CJ Sanna

Four-star Lewis Center (Ohio) Olentangy linebacker CJ Sanna is the final Buckeye commitment in the initial 2026 Rivals 300. The future Ohio State defender is the No. 295 overall prospect. He was a top target for linebackers coach James Laurinaitis.
