COLUMBUS — Ohio State had back-to-back weeks of being heavily favored to win on the road.

Now the Buckeyes are again heavy favorites — this time in front of the home crowd at the Horseshoe. They’ll face Indiana at Noon on FOX, and they’ll do so as a 38-point favorite, according to the folks at Circa Sport.

The total is set at 54.5 points.

Since Ryan Day took over the Ohio State program in 2019, the Buckeyes are 3-0 against the Hoosiers with an average margin of victory of an insane 47.5 points per game, and that’s even taking a seven-point win in 2020 into effect.

Yes, the series has been lopsided. And the Hoosiers have just three wins all year, all coming prior to October.

That’s why Ohio State is such a heavy favorite for Saturday’s matchup in the Horseshoe, its first game there in three weeks.
