The Scoreboard: How Ohio State commits performed Nov. 30-Dec. 2

COLUMBUS — Ohio State had a number of its talented commits end their respective seasons last weekend. Some ended with trophies and more rings, others with the crushing realization that their final high school football season had ended.
Lettermen Row runs through how each Buckeye commit that played last week performed.
Running Back
Four-star Fort Lauderdale (Fla) St. Thomas Aquinas running back Jordan Lyle had 102 yards and three touchdowns on nine carries. Lyle and St. Thomas are playing for a state championship this coming weekend.
Wide Receiver
Five-star Hollywood (Fla) Chaminade-Madonna wide receiver Jeremiah Smith had 131 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns in a blowout win last week. He and the Lions are playing for their second consecutive state championship this coming weekend.
Four-star St. Louis (Mo) Christian Brothers wide receiver Jeremiah McClellan ended his preps career with a 38-7 loss in the state championship. McClellan is anticipated to sign his letter of intent with Ohio State in two weeks.
2025 four-star Cocoa (Fla) wide receiver Jayvan Boggs had 141 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches in a blowout win. He and the Tigers are playing for a state championship this weekend.
Tight End
Four-star Chattanooga (Tenn) Baylor School tight end Max LeBlanc ended his preps career last week in a 34-28 loss to cross-town rival McCallie in the state championship. LeBlanc will sign his letter of intent to Ohio State in a few weeks.
Four-star Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville tight end Damarion Witten had two touchdowns as the Tarblooders won their second consecutive state championship. Witten will sign his letter of intent to Ohio State in a few weeks. He has begun his senior basketball season.

Offensive Line
Four-star Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward twins Deontae and Devontae Armstrong won their third consecutive state championship on Friday. The twins beat classmate Aaron Scott Jr. for their third ring. They will sign their letters of intent in a few weeks.
Linebacker
Four-star Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy linebacker Payton Pierce ended his high school career in a 42-0 loss last week. Pierce will sign his letter of intent, participate in the All-American Bowl and then head to Ohio State as an early enrollee.
2025 three-star Akron (Ohio) Archbishop Hoban linebacker Eli Lee ended his junior season last Thursday in a 7-2 loss in the Division II state championship. Lee finished his junior season with over 150 tackles.
Cornerback
Four-star Springfield (Ohio) cornerback Aaron Scott Jr. ended his senior season with a 31-21 loss in the Division I state championship last Friday. Scott was beaten by St. Edward, which has classmates Deontae and Devontae Armstrong. Scott will sign his letter of intent to Ohio State, participate in the All-American Bowl and then arrive in Columbus.
Four-star Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville cornerback Bryce West ended his high school career by winning his second consecutive state championship. West dressed but did not play. He will sign his letter of intent and head to Columbus as an early enrollee.
