Aaron Scott prides himself on being a lockdown cover corner, and he “loves it” when opponents attempt to throw his way. They rarely did in 2022, but he still managed to pick off the ball five times and return those interceptions for 104 yards and two scores. He also had seven pass breakups and recovered a fumble as a junior. Scott would go on to earn all-area, all-region and all-state honors in 2022 and play a key role in helping Springfield (Ohio) High School play for a state title. “It’s a blessing to be where I am today,” Scott told Rivals.com. “My dad (Aaron Scott Sr.) and my teammates are always telling me to enjoy the experience, so that’s what my focus has been on.
