Ole Miss football announced the winners of its spring football awards Saturday prior to the first iteration of the ‘Grove Bowl Games.’

The 2024 Chucky Mullins Courage Award will be presented during fall camp. The award is presented annually to an upperclassman defensive player that embodies the spirit of Mullins – courage, leadership, perseverance and determination.

“Obviously there’s tackling to work on when we get to fall and have our final roster,” fifth-year head coach Lane Kiffin said. He was meeting the media directly following the ‘Games.’

Team Red defeated Team Navy, 71-70

“Outside of that, accomplished a lot and did a lot of really good things.”
