#notcommitted: On3's Phillip Dukes helps make sense of new-age recruiting
On3 hired Phillip Dukes earlier this month. He previously worked for AuburnUndercover of the 247Sports network. At On3, he will host a video show focused on highlighting top high school football recruits, intel surrounding their recruitments, as well as tracking the ever-busy NCAA transfer portal, which will be featured on the On3 Recruits YouTube channel.

He recently spoke with Notre Dame commit and top Ole Miss target Deuce Knight. Dukes gives his thoughts on him as a player and the Rebels’ chances of pulling off the flip before it’s all said and done in December on national signing day.
