Ducks Make the Cut for Transfer Portal Guard

One of the top commodities in the basketball transfer portal is down to six programs. The Ducks were included along with Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma and Ole Miss.
Iowa transfer guard Tony Perkins is a senior but will play his final season elsewhere. The 6-foot-4, guard is the No. 42 player in the transfer portal rankings.
Last season he averaged 14.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game for the Hawkeyes.
To date he has only taken a visit to Missouri and has no other visits schedule he tells On3’s Joe Tipton. Until that changes one might assume Missouri is the team to beat for his transfer.

Oregon recently had two of its current guards announce their plans. Keeshawn Barthelemy plans to return for another season while Brennan Rigsby announced he will transfer from the Ducks.
It would appear Dana Altman plans on being active in the portal and could consider making several additions this cycle.
