Recruiting is all about relationships. And that is what Oregon’s staff has been working on building over the past few days, traveling all over the country to meet with top prospects.

Dan Lanning

Oregon’s head man has visited North Carolina, Georgia and Florida schools. In North Carolina, he was at both Providence Day and Panther Creek.

Providence Day is home to 5-star plus OT David Sanders, who has an Oregon offer. Recently offered DL Trajen Odom attends Panther Creek.

In the Peach State, Lanning attended a basketball game to watch 4-star edge Isaiah Gibson at Warner Robins. While there, he crossed paths with Georgia head coach Kirby Smart.

Lanning made a notable visit to Zephyrhills to visit the No. 7 player in the country, athlete DJ Pickett. He also went to Sumner High to visit 4-star OT Ziyare Addison.

Finally, Lanning offered 3-star WR Tyler Williams and 3-star LB Cameron White

Will Stein

Meanwhile, Lanning’s offensive right-hand man, Will Stein, was in Southern California visiting two top QB targets: 4-star Bear Bachmeier of Murrieta Valley and 2026 4-star Brady Smigiel of Newbury Park.

Stein also made a trip to California powerhouse Servite, which has a talented QB in Leo Hannan and a freshman all-American in LB Isaiah Leilua.

Tosh Lupoi

Oregon’s defensive coordinator was in the Bay Area visiting Pittsburg High School, where 4-star Safety Jadyn Hudson has developed into a star.

Junior Adams

Adams was in Burley (Idaho) over the weekend to check in on Oregon’s lone remaining 2024 target, WR Gatlin Bair.

Most recently, Adams was at O’Dea High in Seattle. O’Dea has been a fantastic program recently and has an early 2026 name to know in edge Fameitau Siale.

Carlos Locklyn

Coach Lock has dropped in on a handful of Texas programs. In the process, he extended offers to 2026 4-star Oklahoma RB commit Jonathan Hatton Jr. and visited the No. 51 player in the country – hybrid RB/LB Michael Terry of Alamo Heights.

Locklyn also made trips to Hutto and Stony Point.

Tony Tuioti

Tuioti was at Elkhart High in Indiana to extend an offer to 3-star edge Mariyon Dye.
