Oregon EDGE Target Blake Purchase Sets Commit Date
Oregon continues working on its defensive class in 2023. While the defensive line group had some misses early on, they have recovered very well in the past several weeks.
They could see yet another boost to that group on September 6 with another EDGE target set to make his college choice.
Cherry Creek (Colo.) EDGE Blake Purchase has announced his commitment will take place on September 6. His commitment is set to air on the 247Sports YouTube channel. It will start at 6:15 PST.

The 6-foot-2, 240-pounder is down to Oregon, Notre Dame, Iowa State, Washington and Colorado. Purchase is the nation’s No. 297 ranked player per the On3 Consensus Rankings.
At the moment, Oregon holds the edge in his recruitment per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. His older brother is currently on the team with Iowa State. He has taken an official visit to both programs.
Oregon currently has 16 commitments and the No. 14 ranked recruiting class per On3.
