Oregon Wide Receiver Justius Lowe Will Enter the Transfer Portal
Oregon Ducks wide receiver Justius Lowe will enter the transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett. He’s the fourth Oregon player to express intent to enter the transfer portal along with defensive back Jahlil Florence, defensive back Dakoda Fields and defensive back Solomon Davis.
The redshirt junior will reportedly have two years of eligibility remaining. He appeared in nine games this season and caught six passes for 56 receiving yards. Across his four seasons with the Ducks Lowe caught 27 passes for 259 yards and one touchdown.
The 6-foot-1, 197-pound receiver spent four seasons in Eugene after signing with the Ducks as a 4-star recruit from Lake Oswego (Ore.) High School in the 2022 recruiting class. He was ranked the No. 134 prospect nationally, the No. 20 wide receiver and the No. 2 prospect in Oregon according to the On3 rankings.
Lowe was one of the first wide receiver recruits of the Dan Lanning era, as he committed to him and Junior Adams after previously being committed to the University of Utah.

Oregon will lose at least two more wide receivers by the end of the 2025 season with Malik Benson and Gary Bryant Jr. exhausting their college eligibility.
Following the release of the initial injury report on Wednesday, the Ducks could have as few as three healthy scholarship wide receivers against James Madison in Benson, Jeremiah McClellan and Cooper Perry. Lowe was ruled out for Saturday’s game against James Madison, with Dakorien Moore, Evan Stewart and Bryant all listed as questionable.
