The Oregon Ducks fell agonizingly short of a much-needed win Saturday at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene.
Washington State topped the Ducks, 62-56, to take sole possession of second place in the Pac-12 standings. Oregon, meanwhile fell to 16-8 on the year and 8-5 in Pac-12 play and saw its postseason hopes take a significant blow.
