Purdue adds commitment from 2026 Indiana offensive lineman

Purdue has added an offensive lineman to its 2026 class, netting a commitment from New Palestine (Ind.) OL Brock Brownfield.
The 6-3, 250-pound three-star recruit picked Purdue over offers from the likes of Indiana, Michigan State, Vanderbilt and others. Brownfield is the second o-lineman in Purdue’s 2026 class.

On3 rates Brownfield as the nation’s No. 41 interior offensive lineman and No. 7 overall prospect in the state. He helped New Palestine win a state title during the fall playing on both sides of the ball.
Brownfield is the Boilermakers’ fifth pledge in the Class of 2026, joining Chicago Marist OL Rico Schrieber, Grand Rapids (Mich.) Catholic Central LB Brayden Sweeney, Ontario (Calif.) Charter Oak QB Corin Berry and Rockwood (Mich.) Oscar A. Carlson High RB Izaiah Wright.
