Height and weight… 5-11, 215.
How are things looking academically to get on campus in June… “Things look on track. I’ll be starting school in June and easing into the process.”
What are you working on the most until you arrive at SMU… “I’m currently working on staying in shape and getting ready for the pace of the college level.”
Favorite prospect in the 2023 class… “Randy Reece I would say. We played a lot of 7-on-7 together so I’m excited to see it correlate over to the season.”
Closest friend in the 2023 class… “Closest friend I would say is Jaxson Lavender. We’ve grown up playing each other since middle school ever since.”
On what you’ll remember from playing during your high school days… “What I will remember from high school is the sounds and sights from the band and student sections and the rivalries.”
A recruiting story you will remember most… “I would have have to say my recruiting process was really a roller coaster you know. I was making a lot of big plays and drawing a lot of attention, but I didn’t have any offers, but I soon blew up and ended up a Mustang in the end.”
Why SMU… “Why SMU? What I would say is why not SMU? It’s the people here, not just football. The people and the high-quality education is amazing and spectacular to be around.”
If not SMU… “I couldn’t see myself anywhere else.”
Goals at SMU and beyond… “My goals at SMU is to win a conference championship and graduate and earn my degree.”
Favorite movie… “My favorite movie would have to be Grown Ups or Sandlot.”
Favorite artist… Lil Baby.
Favorite celebrity… Kevin Hart.
Favorite sport… Football.
Favorite pro team… Dallas Cowboys.
Favorite athlete… Probably Steph Curry.
Favorite food… Baked chicken.
Something people don’t know about you… “I can do a backflip and can draw.”
