Kickoff time, TV coverage for SMU Senior Day game vs. Louisville revealed

The SMU Mustangs will host Senior Day at 11 a.m. CT on ESPN2 when the team takes on Louisville on Saturday, the ACC revealed Saturday night.
Rhett Lashlee’s team was on a bye week following its win over Boston College last week. During that time, Louisville dropped two straight games to Cal and Clemson, knocking itself out of the ACC Championship race.
SMU sits at 7-3 overall with two games to play, this coming week vs. Louisville then at Cal to close out the regular season. Win both and the Mustangs could end up playing for an ACC Championship with a little help.
“It was important that after a big win like last week, we were able to come on the road and get a big win on the road,” Lashlee said last week. “All wins are equal to me, and this one’s just as important as last week. So, it was good for us to respond to your part of the question just so we can try to, because if you don’t, then it starts to become a narrative that you don’t need kind of hanging in your head.”

SMU throttled BC, 45-13, last week in Chestnut Hill, Mass. This week, the Eagles took Georgia Tech, one of the favorites for the ACC crown, to the brink of an upset. The Yellow Jackets survived, 36-36, and stay with just one ACC loss.
SMU will look to continue to hold bragging rights over Louisville with a win in Gerald J. Ford Stadium on Saturday. Last year, the Mustangs went on the road and beat the Cardinals, 34-27.
