SMU vs. Baylor: How to watch, live stream, start time, TV channel

SMU returns to Gerald Jr. Ford Stadium in week two as the Mustangs take on the Baylor Bears. The game is set of an 11 a.m. CT, kickoff on the CW. SMU will look to raise its level as one of the favorites to win the Big XII comes to Dallas.
SMU opened the 2025 season with a 42-13 win over East Texas A&M. The Mustangs now face their biggest challenge of the season, the Baylor Bears. Baylor presents unique threats with its physical backfield and variety of pass catchers.
Coach Lashlee understands the challenge ahead for the SMU defense.
“Excited to be at home again. 11 a.m. kick will be nice,” Lashlee said. “We don’t gotta sit around and wait all day like last week. Obviously, we got a great opponent. I think probably we’re gonna play, I’m guessing, at least five Top 20 offenses this year. This is definitely one of them.”

Spread for SMU vs. Baylor
The SMU Mustangs are 2.5-point favorites according to BetMGM over the Baylor Bears ahead of Saturday’s matchup in Gerald J. Ford Stadium. The total is set at 65.5 points for the contest between former Southwest Conference rivals.
A couple of potential difference makers for this matchup will be game-time decisions.
Coach Lashlee gave injury updates on LB Alex Kilgore and WR Jordan Hudson.
“Obviously J-Hud (Jordan Hudson) went out and (Alexander) Kilgore went out both in the first quarter. Good news is both x-rays were negative,” Lashlee said. “So there’s no long-term fractures or breaks. I’d say they’re both day-to-day. It could be anywhere from best case scenario play this week to a few weeks. Everyone heals differently, but as bad as they both seemed at first, they weren’t. That’s a blessing for both. I would say we won’t know till Friday if either would potentially be available this week. I don’t think we had any major injuries.”
