South Carolina is set to get wide receiver Jayden Sellers and defensive back and special teams standout Buddy Mack III back for this weekend’s matchup with Texas A&M, according to Wednesday’s SEC availability report, after both missed the Ole Miss game two weekends ago.

Wednesday’s report lists just two South Carolina players. Offensive lineman Cason Henry, who is out for the season, and offensive lineman Jatavius Shivers, who has been available but has had a club on his hand in recent weeks. Both have already been ruled out for the matchup with the Aggies.

Texas A&M wide receiver Mario Craver is listed as questionable.

Sellers had started to come on during the previous two games prior to his injury.

“He’s just a football player,” head coach Shane Beamer said a couple of weeks ago. “And you guys have heard me say that before. The moment is never too big for him. He just loves competing and having fun, and when the ball’s in his hands, good things happen. It’s just very natural for him. He’s an instinctive guy.”

The next update will be on Thursday, followed by another on Friday, and a final report 90 minutes before kickoff on Saturday.

Beamer also typically provides an injury update on his Thursday night call-in show.

Last season, the SEC approved a player availability injury report system for football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.

SEC school personnel must submit availability reports three days before each football game, with daily updates leading to a final report 90 minutes before game time. For basketball and baseball, reports are filed the night before, with an update on game day.

When schools submit injury reports, players will be designated as available, probable, doubtful, and questionable before game day. On game day, designations will be available, game-time decision or out. The model follows injury reports similar to the NFL.

South Carolina and Texas A&M are set for a noon kickoff with ESPN carrying the action.

No. 3 Texas A&M Aggies (9-0, 6-0)

South Carolina Gamecocks (3-6, 1-6)
