No. 17 Tennessee is back on the road this week, going to Kentucky for Saturday night’s 7:45 Eastern Time start on SEC Network at Kroger Field in Lexington. The Vols are coming off a 37-20 loss at Alabama Saturday night while the Wildcats lost 16-13 in overtime at home against Texas.
Tennessee has won four straight against Kentucky, including a 33-27 win in Lexington in 2023 and a 45-42 win at Kroger Field in 2021, the first season under head coach Josh Heupel.
The Vols dropped six spots in both the Associated Press Top 25 and Coaches Poll on Sunday.

Tennessee on Sunday opened as an 8.5-point road favorite at Kentucky, according to released by BetMGM, with the total set at 52.5 points. The Vols are 3-4 against the spread this season, covering a 13.5-point spread against Syracuse, a 39.5-point spread against ETSU and as a 3.5-point underdog against Georgia.
