Inside the Trojans' Huddle: Takeaways from Week 1 of USC Fall Camp
In this episode of Inside the Trojans’ Huddle, the WeAreSC panel discusses the first full week of USC fall camp, looks ahead another week on the schedule to a home game against Northwestern and talks about what the Preseason Coaches Poll means (or doesn’t mean) for the Trojans.
Week 1 of USC Fall Camp
The panel discusses the major takeaways from the first week of fall camp. Trumain Carroll, USC’s new Director of Football Sports Performance is already registering as a significant offseason addition. He spoke to the media following the first day of fall camp and made the same positive impression on the media that he did on the team when he was hired back in early May.
Head coach Lincoln Riley said the coaching staff noticed how competitive the players were with each other during the summer and that has continued through the first few days in shoulder pads.
The panel goes position-by-position on both sides of the ball with notes and takeaways, including some intriguing names and young players standing out early.
