Jahkeem Stewart gives back, donates $10,000 to Edna Karr High School

USC true freshman early enrollee Jahkeem Stewart never played a football game for Edna Karr High School, but he’s going to leave a lasting legacy. Stewart announced a $10,000 donation to Edna Karr that will go toward the school’s football facilities and a student-athlete recovery center.
Stewart began his high school career at New Orleans St. Augustine before transferring to Edna Karr this past fall. He enrolled in September but was made ineligible for the season due to transfer rules. A few weeks later, Stewart reclassified to the 2025 class. Edna Karr never benefited on the football field from enrolling Stewart, but the elite prospect’s path to USC as a reclassified early enrollee wouldn’t have been possible without that move.

Stewart committed to USC on signing day in December and has quickly made an impact with the Trojans. He was a spring standout and will play snaps for the USC defense this fall despite playing in just 12 varsity football games in his high school career. The 6-foot-6, 270-pound defensive lineman is one of a handful of true freshmen to watch nationally.
This is the second notable thing he has done with money he’s made via NIL since enrolling at USC. Back in February, Stewart made headlines when he purchased a new car for his mother.
