The USC Trojans will host the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. That game will kick off at 4:30 pm PT and air live on NBC.

USC will be coming off a bye and looking to bounce back from a tough, last-second loss to the Illinois Fighting Illini this past weekend.

This bye week should be significant for the Trojans as far as a return to health. USC played Illinois without starting left tackle Elijah Paige and starting safety Kamari Ramsey. Starting wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane did play but was far below 100% healthy. The Trojans also lost center Kilian O’Connor to injury during the second quarter. The timeline for a potential O’Connor return is unknown but the two weeks will give backup J’Onre Reed time with the first team offense. Paige warmed up lightly before the Illinois game but never seemed like he was getting ready to play. The week off could be big for his return after he left the Michigan State game in the second quarter.

Defensively, getting Ramsey back on the field will be significant. He traveled to the Illinois game but sat out due to food poisoning. The USC defensive backfield has a good chance to welcome true freshman Alex Graham back as well. Graham was on track to play in the season opener and potentially start at nickel before an injury sidelined him for the first five games of the season.

Michigan is 3-1 this season and had a bye this past weekend. The Wolverines will host a struggling Wisconsin program this coming Saturday before making the trip to Los Angeles the following weekend.
