USC is behind many other college football programs when it comes to NIL. The Trojans have lost out on recruits who have been lured by NIL collectives at other programs. And the Trojans haven't made anywhere near the same kind of national noise as other programs that have announced yearly payments to specific position groups. But USC head coach Lincoln Riley isn't panicking. In fact, he believes the Trojans are extremely well positioned for what's to come with NIL and is excited to see how things play out.
