Updated look at where USC ranks in 2024 class
USC has had a quiet past month or so, but there have been a number of programs who have seen a hot streak of late.
After some updates in the rankings, USC has dropped out of the top-10 in the 2024 Team Recruiting Rankings. The drop was not too bad though as the Trojans currently sit at No. 11. The current class is sitting at a class score of 91.117.
Despite the overall drop in the rankings, USC has remained constant in sitting at No. 5 in the country in average prospect rating. The Trojans have an average commit rating of 90.73.

St. John Bosco four-star cornerback Marcelles Williams, Hiram (Ga.) four-star tight end Walter Matthews, Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra four-star cornerback Dakoda Fields, Los Angeles (Cal.) Sierra Canyon four-star Xavier Jordan, Atlanta (Ga.) Washington four-star EDGE Kameryn Fountain, Lake Oswego (Ore.) Lakeridge four-star tight end Joey Olsen, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr., McKinney (Tex.) three-star running back Bryan Jackson, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr., Landisville (Pa.) The Trojans hosted more than 30 official visitors in the month of June, primarily scheduled for two major visit weekends. There was major success in the month as the class added 13 commitments.
The month of July was much slower, landing one commitment early in the month.
USC finished the 2023 class ranked inside the top-10 and Lincoln Riley and staff have started off on the right foot with an opportunity to repeat that feat in the 2024 class. There is a chance they even finish top-5.
2024 BIG 10 Conference Rankings
USC comes in at No. 4 in the B1G rankings. They remain behind Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State.
With a score of 91.117, the Trojans are trailing Penn State, which has a score of 91.280.
USC is second in the Big 10 in average prospect rating, behind only the Buckeyes.
