USC launched the New Trojan Athletic Fund on Thursday, in what the school describes as “a reimagined and modernized approach to better engaging Trojan fans and supporting a best-in-class experience for over 500 Trojan student-athletes.”

The major points of emphasis include:

* Increased recognition and stewardship as donors will receive increased communications, access and participation at events.

* Greater access at fair costs. The season-ticket model for football (beginning in 2026) and basketball (beginning this year) will feature “a clearly defined per-seat contribution,” replacing the membership tiers. The average per-seat ticket price will decrease 47% for football and 61% for men’s basketball, according to USC.

* Improved Game Day Atmospheres. USC believes the individual seating funds will “increase access to USC home venues to passionate fans.”

* Victory Points. The point-based rewards system allows USC donors to accumulate points and used to determine a donor’s priority ranking for items such as tickets, parking and more.

USC fans can become a Trojan Athletic Fund Donor by supporting any or all of the four priority areas, which inclues the Trojan Victory Fund, Scholarship and Endowment Gifts, Capital Projects and Seat-Related Contributions.

The new Trojan Athletic Fund is part of USC’s Trojan MAP. The MAP acronym is:

Maximize investments in Student-Athletes
Adapt business to secure critical resources
Prioritize partnerships and build alignment
