Today my daughter Stephanie would have turned 42.

TBH, I truly don't understand the workings of our current legal system. I accept the post that this Abdul had been arrested 30 times..rape..etc...and yet the court puts him back on the street...does anybody understand why?

And, it's not one judge..you read all the time about undocumented migrants arrested XX number of times, arrested again and released back into the public...it just seems crazy, and definitely send the wrong message...

Does it have something to do with Immigration status? Heck there are Americans who commit similar crimes who get zero oppotunity for bail and are remanded until trial.. like I said, makes no sense to me. And I don't think I'm alone
