Sorry, man I just was this. Found anything yet? We rent ourselves through VRBO. It works very well most of the time. We have a local handy man who takes care of maintenance inside the unit and he's very prompt and reasonable. We have a local cleaning lady who is pretty good. I can pass their names along if you want. The rental programs will charge you 20-30%. We financed ours with a local bank. They recommended we don't tell them we are going to rent, so we could get the 2nd home mortgage rate. FYI, ours is at the eastern end of Scenic 98, not on the beach side, but no building is across the street from us. We really love it. I could sell mine right now for almost 2.5 times purchase price, but will not unless I can find an upgrade. I am waiting on the election to do anything. Values are almost back to pre-2008 levels, and I would hate for the election to crash that back down.
