    I have a bunch of rental houses/duplexes. Call your local bankers and tell them you're in the market for foreclosures. We bought about 7 straight from the bank on the cheap. Since they were getting out of a bad note, they also financed them 100% for staying with them instead of moving to another...

    OT - Tankless water heaters?

    Definitely go with the Rinnai and get gas. I paid about $1,200 for mine back in 2007...13 gallons/minute I think. Have NEVER run out of hot water. We love it.

    The strip center is going directly east of Chic-Fil-A. The Holiday Inn is going directly east of the strip center. All of this is south of Cotton Mill and is NOT part of the Cotton Mill Development. I'll try to post a photo of the site plan.
