Saturday is a high of 78 degrees

I’m ready to drop $1500 on our trip for my group of five but I’m staying positive. (Includes stay at an overpriced shatty hotel)

    A new state logo dropped!!!!!

“A Piece Of Bulldog History Is Coming To Life. Introducing The Varsity Bully — inspired by the archives, brought to life for the Bulldog faithful.” this is why we can’t progress - this looks like **** I bought at a fundraiser that my kids came up with in 3rd grade.

    Storming the Field

I was watching the Skycam version (which was very refreshing not to hear the announcers) and the TN PA guy said something to the effect of “let’s give the visiting team five minutes to leave the field then we can celebrate together.”

For all those people that hate NIL and said let’s go back to players that play for the love of the game

Congrats to the kid. And…I’m sure the Puckett’s are paying for Kamario in some fashion. I’m sure he feels right at home as that’s the MAIS way.

Has your opinion of Lebby changed

Maybe - still some blunders in game management but obviously needs players. Still learning.

    Crazy exes

As we near the 250th anniversary of our failed relationship with England, do they fit the crazy ex category? What is going on with their leadership? Like six prime ministers in the past seven years. We can’t get these people to leave office over here. They change the like underwear lately...

UGA’s final stat line in Omaha

Speaking of Georgia, the theatrical exit of some of their better-named players in their final collegiate at bat was out of a movie. The Branch home run, brother’s acknowledgement, family crying in the stands got the emotions flowing…Phelps and Jackson too. Pure theater. ESPN was lapping it up.

    Regional question

Why does the 2-0 regional team become the visitor in game 6?

    Softball general question.

Fields are tiny, the women are not.

    OT: Natchez documentary

Agreed. It’s easier for some to make excuses. Unless, one’s family has maintained royalty status for 200+ years, I’m sure someone has had to overcome circumstances to get to where they are. Best country on earth to improve your situation.

    Starkville Travel ball coach/umpire embarrassment

Ours have done this at very little cost for the past 6-7 years, now probably the last year. We’ve enjoyed it but I would suggest setting expectations, realistic ones, which I’ve had to rein in once or twice. Coaching is not the best but the best situation based location, etc. and the core of...
