Joe Lee was one of the best ever. It’s a joke. For those of us that have been around, this happens every time. A lot of speculation with no one with any true insight. We should try to relax and let the process happen.

Am I late to The Gourds bandwagon?

It is a shame they broke up. It is never to late to enjoy good music. Check out “Haymaker!”. Some good songs on there like “Tex-Mex Mile”, “Shreveport”, and “Bridgett”. Very underrated band, their whole catalog is solid.

Looking at buying a condo in Starkville

That property is hindered by its monthly HOA. A lot of what you see online now is pre-construction.
