    The only "dumb17s" here are you two. Please do a little research on Title IX AND morality clauses these coaches sign. He had an obligation AND a duty to report what he knew. Instead, he did absolutely nothing. The conduct clauses alone will be enough to nail him.

    Had some great times at Polliwog's. A friend of mine was a bartender there and we got drunk off a dime many days. Good times.
