Does a lifetime RRS ban carry over here?

RRS is where the rich people hang to chat. Not quite as rich as other boards, but definitely not poor enough to hang out here. I'm somewhat of a chameleon - if yore wondering why I'm posting here. I find a little bit of joy in all the forums.
