    Eli is a career 76 rated QB. He did have a hot streak in the playoffs a couple years ago, but even then his defense carried him. Last year was his career best with a rating of 86, 14th best in the NFL. He's a solid starting QB, but nowhere near the elite. Vick would probably be better right...
