    There were 2 penalties, a UCF fumble that was overturned, 3 or 4 reviews, blocked FG, helmet penalty, clock runoffs, all in the last minute

    UCF QB clocks the ball on a dead clock play and a throw away on 2nd down burns up the extra time put back on clock before helmet penalty the ran out the time. If they kick the FG, even if it's blocked, and the runoff penalty is still enforced, theres still enough time to retry the FG on 4th...
