  there are a couple condos downtown that would be in the higher end of that range but are pretty nice. My wife lived in one of them when she first moved down. they are run by rain residential 228-875-4499 Roxy should be able to help. She could also help with houses if you want to go that route. There are also some cottages that look like some of the houses on Lumus that probably fit in that range. A little further from downtown - about a mile. easy walk if you need to though. i know the guy who owns them but don't have his number off hand but can get it if you need.
