    I appreciate the feedback. While i doubt it will be North Alabama in the end i am not ruling it out. If you could pick one area today to live in North Alabama where would it be?

    There is a big development, Clift's Farm on Hwy 72 in Madison. Harvest is north of that. It has everything you would need and that area keeps you away from the "busy" now in Huntsville / Madison. Monrovia is better probably location-wise. It is also close to grocery, dining, etc. But not as convenient as Clift's Farm. Your price point also is a factor and where you will be working plays into that as well.
