    Can i get an update on the LS glasses? I ordered two pairs for my kids and have not gotten any information on them and its been 3-4 weeks now. They have been paid for and i would like an update. Who can i reach out to?

    Chris, I see others have been having trouble with debit cards. Mine is kinda the opposite. To my knowledge I have had no money taken out last month, when I changed my giving amount, or this month. Sorry to be a pain. But I want to give. Thanks and hope all is well with you. Buzzy Elder

    For some reason, I have to sign into my account everyday. I also have to sign in with goggle.

    It will not let me in On3 sign in with username, e-mail, password. Very frustrating!!!

    In answer to your question... I talked with Shoemaker by email about my situation and he referred me to On3. I talked with them about it by email more than once and never got it figured out.

    On3 responded but couldn't get things straightened out.

    I don't remember having to use a promo code. I just went to the page where you select your plan, selected the 1 year for 1 dollar deal and entered my payment info and got a message saying that my selected payment option was not valid for that type of transaction.

    Gotcha, hate that. Were you using an atypical card or something of that nature? Let me send a message to those folks (they obviously run the billing side) and see if there's anything we can do.

    I was using my Mastercard debit card issued through Capital One that I have used to make several online purchases with no issues before trying to use it here.
    Keep this board from going sideways, Brother - please. I mean that even if I'm the one who needs to be sanctioned - and I will do my level best not to be. If you aren't The Man on this, then please pass it on to whoever is. Good day to you.
