    Justin, bank shows a charge from scoopduck on 9/10 but I’m unable to view premium content. Can you help? Card is not expired and I didn’t change anything.
    Hey Justin, not sure if you’re the one I should ask but, I’m not able to view content as I lost my wallet with my old card. Sure enough I forgot to change cards prior to the time the fee was due. So I added my new card, but still not allowing me to see content. Ideas on what I need to do?

    I have been try to renew my subscription for the last few days and I keep getting. Payment failed: Error: Request failed with status code 400. Please help I need VIP back

    What was the solution here? I’ve been getting error 400 and 500 depending on the card I use?
    I have been attempting to renew my subscription but for the last three days have been getting the 500 error code. On3 has received my requests for assistance but have not reached out with a resolution to the issue. If possible I'd like to avoid losing access while this gets resolved. Thank you.
    I have been trying add a new credit card and the box that pops up, does not populate any info I put in. I just sent a second email to support as nothing happened after the first one. Any help would be appreciated.
    I have been trying to update my credit card info for billing purposes. I have followed the instructions by logging in and adding a credit car. Iput in the info and get a
    failed notice with a 500 number. I have emailed customer service several times. I need to talk to a customer service rep.

    Justin when you sold Duck Scoop did they want to restrict your contributions? Like the Juice? Like your comments on the various threads which seem to have disappeared. You were they only reason I subscribed to Scoop Duck. If you are no longer active I will need to think about continuing my membership.
    Justin, when I click on your recent link for the juice, it leads no where. I don't see the article. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
