Never a big Riley fan but tried to give it a chance when in the back of my mind, I've felt from day one this was a not so good hire. Unfortunately for this staff, we need to start over AGain, and that sucks. I'm getting too old for this crap.

Nah, he needed to go. But, the Riley hire is clearly a disaster. Just a laughable mistake really.
I think in the midwest in cold weather its really hard to win with a pass happy team. You are for sure going to have at least a few weeks where you have heavy wind or rain even if you don't have snow and cold.
I think you need to be able to pass more better in this day and age than Osborne's teams could but you need to be able to run the ball first in this weather and the fact its easier to develop lineman than skill players in low population areas.
When you looked at Riley, I kind of thought you should have looked at Bohls.

Who the hell is laughing at this mistake.... Frankly I'm pissed off that Howdy Doody F¥€£ up and now we have to start over 3 years later.
