0fficial first time game thread

Can Will Stein call our offensive plays?

The way he is conducting the season before he even coaches the game tells me he's light speed ahead of Pope and his staff. But he still needs to coach a game.

MJ doesn't usually piss me of but that did.

I am one of the few here who doesn't mind MJ, but his tweet is absurd because it's one dimensional. While I see his point, the crowd is BOOING the shiz product on the floor, the no effort from the team. Which is 100% justifiable.

Kam is balling today. He just needs to stay in the game.

Pope usually jerks him out of the game some reason

[theBlues]

That's how you do it! We don't need JQ or Lowe to play defense. And Kam Williams should start and play 30+ minutes with or without those 2 players.

[Pensacola_Cat_Fan]

Amazing this is happening without Aberdene and Chandler.

[chattanogawildcat]

Less Chandler, BG and Aberdeen.

[KyLegacyBBN]

Wild what happens when the guys actually move on offense and play hard on D

[RunninRichie]

Kam Williams should start every game. Aberdeen needs way less minutes

What does he even bring us?

[AJG-15]

Yeah JJ!

[rick64]

I like this lineup with Oweh Kam and JJ.

@MattJones god awful take

[*Fox2Monk*]

There isn’t a world where Chandler should be playing over JJ. Zero

No idea what happened to Chandler. He went from our best player most nights to unplayable in like 5 games.

[BlueBlood96Cat]

Coach Stein fired up? Guess I missed that

[Farsight Clone]

After much thought on on Mo D, I think he does talk a lot of crap, but I think it comes from a place of him wanting to try and play hard. In those decisions, he can make worse decisions because he's not the player to take the game upon his back.

He was the ONLY one standing on the bench trying to rally his team.

[cat tat2]

I don’t see that Aberdeen brings anything good to the team. MoD is very little better.

[mcwildcats04]

What does he even bring us?

Airballs. Lots and lots of airballs.

[Cats4321]

Have to give the fans credit. The boos might have actually woke these guys up for this run.

[*Fox2Monk*]

An absolutely abismal Texas team scoring at will on clown Nate Oats.

We got rocked so yeah. Plus here is the score.

[AJG-15]

This is Kentucky best line up if Mo onLy rebounds:

JJ, OO, Williams,Mo Moreno

[katwest]

Kam hustles and wants to play its obvious. He gives it all every play, he was a little down on himself earlier because his shots weren’t falling. Even if he’s not hitting, he needs to be on the floor with all of the other things he goes well.

[UKWildcats1987]

2 crappy teams. At least it's high scoring.

[RunninRichie]

About damn time we woke up.

[Kingslayer07]

Hey Matt, you know how you keep the fans from booing. PLAY LIKE THIS IS KENTUCKY BASKETBALL. Like the fans are going to say 'let's not boo or it could cost us a football recruit'. Stupid!

Exactly. He's ******** dense.

[Kyfan27]

Lol ok Malachi

[*Fox2Monk*]

Shows the recruits we expect greatness lol. Don’t come here if you want to mess around …. I wish

Yeah because the ones getting recruited by Bama/Texas/OSU/Oregon would never boo or call in to a show crazily after a loss… yeah. They would never boo a team that lost 8 or 9 games would they?

[Farsight Clone]

The 5 on the floor is the line up.

Watch Pope do mass subs and we lose our momentum.

Watch Pope play this line up for 2 mins in 2nd half

[MidseasonTweak]

Jasper isn't very good

[wccat]

Good box out by Mo D.

[*Fox2Monk*]

I feel like I've entered Bizzaro world or the Upside-Down where Kentucky basketball is whale dung while Indiana football is top tier.

CERN screwed up the world dude.

[fisherscatfan]

What’s got into Moreno? Give him more!

[Kyfan27]

Don't care that he didn't finish JJ can get to the rim just give him some run I would bet money he would be balling in about a month.

[Catfan in Tn.]

Keep it up!!

[rick64]

More Kam and JJ please.

Yes sir I’ll take this 5

Edit: I think pope subbed like three times before I could post that. I have no clue what five you were talking about

[bbnkat02]

It’s amazing how easy it becomes when you hit 3's

Or play with spirt and heart. Or you know....just try.

[*Fox2Monk*]

Pope usually jerks him out of the game some reason

Analytics…

[RunninRichie]

Mo D is the worst UK PF i’ve ever seen.

[Drogon]

Jasper is getting abused on defense. Get him out

[Farsight Clone]

Jasper isn't very good

He can be, bro hasn't played in a few games

[Henogee1975]

Get Mo D out of here

[bbnkat02]

That was GT. Big time.
