It's amazing a guy can go from committed to zero interest. Our last staff must have really botched that up.
MSU is the perfect fit for Patterson:
1) 20 minutes from home
2) Tyler Russell the QB for the next 4 years
3) Shaunessey Smith and Skinner are going to MSU
4) The last staff and their offense are gone
5) new, innovative offensive coordinator who knows how to use playmakers
6) Most importantly, he would probably start from Day 1. Other than Chris Smith, most of our receivers will be under 6'0.

can eat ****....typical terrel owens type....if he cant see what is good for him and what isnt, then %@!% him......we dont need him....I'm not mad that he isnt coming to state, im mad at his cry baby/me attitude.....l maybe his girlfriend is a *****.....
stopped even trying with him after his (Patterson's) comments about the Auburn debacle. Don't know if it makes him a crybaby but it it sure seems like his dad might be.

Yep, for me anywhere closer than an hour from my doorstep was too close for college. That's why I always say that I don't think a prospect being from Oxford is necessarily a good thing for us. I think more of them actually want to leave home rather than stay there.
