Rivers has become the anti-clutch, and since it's his fault, he can't be a little whiny ***** like usual.

It is just symbolic of a much bigger problem - the team has taken on the personality of its weak, boring HC. This organization has done more with less and made more bad decisions during an era when they had a chance to be a dynasty than maybe any other team in the history of the NFL. Letting Brees and Michael Turner go for nothing, horrible draft picks, horrible coaching hires, horrible free agent decisions, etc, etc. For a while there they had Hall of Fame players at QB, RB and TE, with Turner as a backup and more talent littering the roster.

Especially seeing what your roster used to look like. Firing Schottenheimer for Turner wasn't an uprgrade at all, in my opinion, but Marty and AJ seemed to have butted heads on the reg.

But Rivers is a whiny *****, and I've never been a fan of his.

Does AJ have incriminating photos of y'alls owner or something?

Losing Drew Brees, Michael Turner, Darren Sproles. Firing Marty instead of AJ, Hiring Norv Turner, Drafting Rivers, Running off LT, Bob Sanders

1st round picks since 2007: Corey Liuget, Ryan Mathews, Larry English, Antoine Cason, Craig Davis.<div>
</div><div>And it doesnt get much better after that. I have never liked AJ or Norv, and I think this thing is going to get worse before it gets better. I fully expect both of my favorite teams (Stros and Chargers) to be in the sh*tter for theforeseeablefuture - and that sucks. </div><div>
</div><div>Drafting Rivers is debatable, because he has been very good up to this point. I can't honestly say that we would have been any better with Brees, because I think Brees is a much better player because he has Payton at the helm. It would have been interesting if they would have kept Brees and drafted Larry Fitzgerald with that pick in 2004. </div><div>
</div><div>aGAIN, the real crime isn't letting Brees, Turner and Sproles go, it is letting them walk instead of trading them. </div>

Shanahan started the downward turn and Josh McDaniels made it an avalanche. This used to be a franchise that players wanted to be a part of. Now, it's one big joke.<div>
</div><div>We won't get out of this hole for years, especially with Tim Tebow at QB and a boring coach like Fox at the helm. There is very little talent on that team.</div><div>
</div><div>The Chargers at least are winning.</div><div>
</div><div>I'll still enjoy thinking about the two Super Bowl wins, though.

cost me 50 bucks, had the Chargers at minus 2 1/2(bought half a point). I have never been a Chargers fan and I am even less of one after last night. And yes, Rivers is a whiny little *****, never have cared for him and his antics.

that I included drafting Rivers in that list. Brees may have gotten better by teaming up with Sean Payton, but he had proven himself more than capable before San Diego dismissed him. Rivers has talent, he's put up solid numbers the last couple years. But someone or something has gotten into his head and he's not getting it done this year. And as far as letting all those valuable free agents go, that's on AJ's head. You don't let prizes like that walk without getting SOMETHING in return. It's not like they were all clamoring to leave. I'd say most of them could have very likely been signed and traded.

but thought the Chargers drafted Eli Manning and then dealt him to the Giants for the whiny *****.
